Chef Dominique Crenn, the trailblazing force behind Atelier Crenn and a global icon in culinary innovation, is bringing her boundary-pushing culinary artistry to Los Angeles. Poised to be one of the most anticipated openings of 2025, this new concept will redefine fine dining in LA through innovation, elegance, and hospitality at the highest level. We are building an extraordinary team to launch this landmark project—and are seeking refined, technically skilled Bartenders to help bring it to life. As a Bartender, you will serve as an ambassador of our curated cocktail and beverage program.

With a deep commitment to precision and consistency, your role is to bring each cocktail to life exactly as envisioned—while also having the knowledge, finesse, and creativity to fulfill off-menu guest requests with ease and expertise. Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for the flawless execution of a highly curated cocktail menu while maintaining the flexibility and mastery to prepare classic and bespoke cocktails upon request. This role requires disciplined technique, a strong foundation in mixology, and a passion for elegant, guest-centered service.

Working in tandem with the bar and service teams, you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences that reflect the restaurant’s commitment to artistry and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Execute the pre-designed cocktail and beverage program with precision, consistency, and attention to detailMaintain a deep working knowledge of cocktail specs, ingredients, methods, and presentation standardsPossess expert-level knowledge of classic cocktails and be prepared to fulfill off-menu guest requests when appropriateProvide gracious, professional service to guests both at the bar and tablesidePrepare all bar mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout serviceSupport inventory control, prep schedules, restocking, and sanitation protocolsCommunicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfactionUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceBe a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovationRequirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury cocktail settingMastery of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentalsProven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set menu with consistency and efficiencyExcellent communication and guest engagement skillsStrong understanding of spirits, wines, non-alcoholic offerings, and bar service standardsAvailable nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesWhat We Offer:
