Chef Dominique Crenn, the trailblazing force behind Atelier Crenn and a global icon in culinary innovation, is bringing her boundary-pushing culinary artistry to Los Angeles. Poised to be one of the most anticipated openings of 2025, this new concept will redefine fine dining in LA through innovation, elegance, and hospitality at the highest level. We are building an extraordinary team to launch this landmark project—and are seeking gracious, poised, and highly professional Hosts/Hostesses to help bring it to life.

As the first and last point of contact for every guest, the Host/Hostess plays a vital role in setting the tone for the experience. Your presence, warmth, and command of the room will define how guests feel the moment they walk through the door—and how they remember their time with us. Position Summary: The Host/Hostess is responsible for managing reservations, guest greetings, seating, and flow of the dining room with elegance, clarity, and control. This role is ideal for someone who is confident under pressure, genuinely guest-focused, and impeccably polished in communication and demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detailManage the reservation system and floor plan to optimize flow and guest experience, adjusting as needed in real-timeMaintain full knowledge of the restaurant, including the menu, chef philosophy, seating configurations, VIP protocols, and daily updatesMaintain deep knowledge of VIP profiles, preferences, and notes, ensuring seamless recognition and personalized serviceCoordinate closely with management, captains, and security (if required) to ensure thoughtful handling of high-touch or confidential guest interactionsCoordinate with management, captains, and service team to ensure smooth pacing and table turnoverAnticipate guest needs and handle special requests, dietary notes, and guest preferences with care and discretionMaintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting areaExecute check-in and farewell processes that reflect genuine hospitality and brand excellenceUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceBe a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovationRequirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality settingStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsImpeccable personal presentation, organization, and attention to detailComfort with reservation platforms (e. g. , Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms) and fast-paced decision-makingFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesWhat We Offer:
