We’re looking for a Workday AMS HCM Consultant (Compensation-focused) — based in Argentina and working remotely with global clients. 🌎 If you love making HR processes work through technology — configuring, testing, evolving systems — you’ll feel right at home. (Think system delivery, not HR policy 😉)What you’ll do 💡 Configure, enhance, and support Workday HCM — with a core focus on Compensation 💡 Support and lead Annual Compensation cycles 💡 Partner with clients to translate business needs into configuration 💡 Collaborate with global delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes 💡 Benefits support may be part of the role — and we’ll help you learn it if it’s new to youWhat we’re looking for 🔧 Workday configuration experience — customer or consulting 🔧 Solid Compensation understanding and hands-on config work ➕ Benefits experience = a plus ➕ No Benefits experience?
