Job Description

Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for the regional Workday Support Team, addressing inquiries and issues.Triage, assign, and monitor the progress of tickets through governance mechanisms and check-ins with the global teamAssist with Review and assess Workday feature releases and fixes.Assist with end-to-end testing for releases and configuration changes.Oversee data accuracy and collaborate on data quality improvements.Follow all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with HR standards for transactions and data maintenance.Assist with process/customer service improvements and prepare and maintain process documentation for internal HR use.Provide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.Perform a variety of day-to-day HRIS functions ensuring and confirming data integrity and accuracy of all data entered in our Workday instanceEnsure data integrity by performing regular data audits and validationsAssist with generating standard and ad-hoc reports to meet HR and organizational needsDevelop and update user guides and training materials.Other duties as assignedRequirements:Familiarity with HR processes and concepts3 years as a business systems analyst or system administrator.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels.1-2 years Workday experienceStrong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
