In this role, you will have a direct impact on the daily efficiency of assigned programs, using strategic and analytical approaches to maintain a smooth operation aligned with business requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Belmopan office. Key Responsibilities:Analyze operational data to forecast staffing needs and ensure proper coverage across all shifts.Support capacity planning and schedule creation to maximize efficient use of workforce resources.Monitor key performance metrics and assist in executing strategies to improve results.Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure programs are adequately staffed.Contribute to workforce oversight by ensuring attendance, punctuality, and service level goals are met.Requirements:Proven experience in capacity planning and workforce management, optimizing human resources in service operations.Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and support strategic decisions.Experience in staff and program management, ensuring operational goals are met.Desired skills:Leadership and proactivityEffective communicationOrganization and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and adapt to operational changes
