About The TeamJob Description:Strategic Recruitment: Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure on-time fulfillment with high accuracy and quality standards.Data analysis & Problem solving: Analyse hiring and workforce data to support decision making.Initiative: Implement and track key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment operations and meet business demands.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor area leads to achieve each area's hiring targets.Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact between recruitment functions and business stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.Hiring Excellence: Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fulfillment-focused environment.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving process bottlenecks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within scope, with attention to detail and quality.
