We develop customized, high-quality solutions to maximize the plant performance of our customers worldwide and provide them with innovative solutions to support intelligent production processes, with the goals of increasing efficiency and supporting decarbonization.Together, let's shape the future of manufacturing and exceed industry standards.Your Role:As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Learning & Development, you will support our team in successfully implementing and further developing learning and development initiatives for our employees.Your Responsibilities:Training organization & coordination: You support the planning, preparation, and follow-up of in-house trainings by coordinating with internal stakeholders and maintaining our tools and databases.Learning Management System (LMS): You manage training content, support user administration, and help track and evaluate learning progress.Evaluation of learning initiatives: You monitor the success of learning programs, particularly language courses and license programs, and assist in analyzing their impact and improving them further.Creative contribution: You contribute your own ideas and actively co-create new training concepts or further develop existing formats.Your Profile:Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.Practical experience: Initial experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.Interest in administrative tasks: You enjoy structured and detail-oriented work and take responsibility for your tasks.IT & tool skills: You are confident using MS Office; first experience with digital HR systems or Atlassian tools is a plus.Language skills: Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.Teamwork & initiative: You enjoy working in a team, take ownership, and actively contribute to ongoing processes.What we offer:Work environment: Be part of a dedicated, skilled, and friendly team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.Flexible working: Arrange your working hours to fit your study schedule.Employee benefits: Enjoy attractive discounts through our corporate benefits platform.Development: Regular feedback sessions and the chance to take part in individual training programs when it aligns with your performance and development path.Team spirit: Join a team that values open communication, mutual appreciation, and working together toward shared goals.
