Workover, Completion and Well Intervention AGM

Job Purpose Provide assurance that completion / intervention wells are designed, constructed and executed in compliance with GUPCO’s completion / intervention assurance standards. Ensure that quality completion/intervention well plans and procedures are in place to deliver the project consistent with agreed objectives. Job Responsibilities Development and application of consistent well completion / intervention standards across GUPCO wells Own the GUPCO Well completion / intervention Policy and ensure compliance with relevant Technical Practices and all other standards as approved for application within GUPCO. Provide technical input into well completion / intervention remediation plan. Endorse all dispensations from the relevant Technical Practices including well operations. Influence SoR’s created by Base Management Petroleum Engineers for workovers and interventions activities. Influence new well “basis of design” to incorporate best practice and lessons learned from field experience Ensure detailed completion planning in conformance with BoD, DWOP & following GUPCO best practice Ensure completion input into all well cost and time estimates. Primary interface with other disciplines for completion planning and project managing well delivery ensuring proper involvement of WTL’s Provide quality completion designs to the end of BtBcp Define with the required input into stage gate deliverables including detailed completion program .Education Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Minimum 15 years of relevant experience Job RequirementDepartment Objectives & KPIsCertificationsSkillsPhysical Requirements
