Enable flexible and hybrid working through a variety of campus facilities — including shared desks, focus booths, meeting rooms, wellbeing spaces, a company restaurant, and vending solutions.Guide teams in adjusting to office design changes, while working closely with colleagues from ICT and Facilities. You will report to the HR Director responsible for Workplace Experience.Facilitate the definition of team agreements in the teams.Design ways of working that promote a consistent workplace experience and hospitality-driven mindsetBring continuous improvement using imec’s data-driven insights and industry best practices.Oversee the upgraded catering & hospitality offering.
