New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning.Your ‘day To Day’As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll ensure workplace services run efficiently and effectively, while managing supplier performance and resolving issues independently. You’ll lead continuous improvements and support WX projects by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.You’ll help deliver high-quality services aligned with budget, timelines, and company standards, monitor contractors via KPIs and SLAs, and ensure full compliance with safety and EHS regulations. You'll also explore cost-saving opportunities without compromising employee satisfaction and contribute to budget planning.Additionally, you’ll organize Factory Tours and lead social and community-building events to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture. Your Responsibilities Ensure consistent efficiency and quality of WX services through KPI implementation and monitoring and support the Supervisor in developing the teamAct as a reliable partner to internal stakeholders by providing prompt support and proactively implementing backup solutions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.Perform daily inspections of office and shared spaces, promptly identifying and managing extraordinary maintenance needs and coordinate both routine and special servicesMonitor budget respect of Workplace Experience activities and projects. Come up with initiatives regarding funds savings.Centralized coordination of Factory Tours, optimizing production area involvement and resource allocation, while ensuring seamless scheduling and alignment with internal events.Organization of social and community building events with aggregative purposes (Company Event; Kids Party; Open Day; Retirees Event; etc.).Promotion of organizational well-being Activities and strengthening the sense of internal community.Who We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in humanities, social sciences or a related disciplinePrevious experience in workplace services, operations, or employee engagement is a plus.Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with attention to detail.Fluency in written and spoken English is essential and will be tested throughout the interview process.Employment Type: Permanent Our Success Depends On The People Who Come To Work Every Single Day With a Sense Of Purpose And An Appetite For Progress.
