You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high workplace standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities & Operations CoordinationManage day-to-day facilities operations, including helpdesk (Jira) tickets and maintenance requestsLiaise with suppliers for repairs, maintenance, and office servicesSupport office audits and track issue resolutionProcurement & AdministrationRaise purchase orders and reconcile invoicesOrder office supplies, equipment, and furniture as neededMaintain accurate administrative documentationReception & Workplace ExperienceOversee the reception area and welcome visitors professionallyManage incoming and outgoing mail and courier servicesEnsure the office environment remains organized and presentableTravel & Event SupportAssist team members with travel coordination in collaboration with Fleet and Travel teamsSupport internal and external office events in cooperation with the facilities teamYour ProfileDegree or experience in administration, facilities coordination, or a related fieldExposure to office or facilities management processes (professional or internship/volunteer experience)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in Google Workspace; fluent spoken and written English requiredPassion for delivering excellent workplace experiencesInterest in developing a career in facilities or workplace managementWhat We OfferInternational and dynamic corporate environmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentExposure to global workplace standards and operationsInclusive culture where diversity and individuality are valuedApply Now
