About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Contract Services to join the resort’s Procurement team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are To lead and manage the contract services function within the Procurement Department, ensuring strategic oversight, operational excellence, and compliance in all contract-related activities Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts including planning, drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance Review and approve contract documents such as Statements of Work, Amendments, and Schedules. Ensure alignment of contracts with strategic and operational goals. .
Establish direct working relationships with internal departments and external vendors Collaborate with SMEs and department heads to foster business partnerships and ensure contract clarity Represent the department in high-level meetings and strategic planning sessions Identify and assess contract risks, gaps, and obligations Advise on revisions to improve contract outcomes and mitigate exposure Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and procurement regulations Supervise contract administrators and procurement team members Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities Generate quarterly reports on contract spend, vendor performance, and SME engagement Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making Support audit and compliance reviews with accurate documentation and reportingAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably in hospitality or large-scale operations Strong understanding of outsourcing services, contract law, and procurement systems Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex contract portfolios Contract Expertise: Deep understanding of contract law, terms, and negotiation strategies Proficiency in procurement platforms and contract management tools High level of accuracy in reviewing and drafting contract documents Capable of managing multiple contracts and timelines simultaneouslyAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
