Position OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to take on the role of General Manager at XNO. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors to drive business growth, optimize operations, and execute key initiatives that shape XNO’s long-term success.3. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership & Governance • Translate the Board’s vision into actionable strategies and business objectives. • Establish governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks. • Ensure effective risk management and regulatory alignment. • Business Growth & Market Development • Drive revenue growth through new products, partnerships, and market expansion. • Strengthen relationships with investors, regulators, and financial institutions. • Lead capital-raising initiatives and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. • Operational Excellence • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and accountability across departments. • Set KPIs and performance standards for the executive team. • Optimize resource allocation and financial performance. • Technology & Innovation Oversight • Collaborate with the tech lead and AI teams to ensure technological edge in AI and trading systems. • Promote innovation in data, analytics, and product offerings. • Team Leadership & Culture • Recruit, develop, and retain senior executives and key talent. • Foster a culture of high performance, integrity, and collaboration. • Align organizational values with XCapital’s ecosystem.4. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). • At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, investment, or technology-driven businesses. • Basic understanding of stock trading, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks. • Proven track record in business growth, financial stewardship, and strategic execution. • Familiarity with AI, fintech innovations is a strong advantage. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.5.
