Act as a force multiplier for Manu Gambhir, owning high-impact initiatives—from technical deep dives to market-defining partnerships to day-to-day operational priorities. ● Growth Champion: Support and refine our sales and marketing engine to attract, engage, and win new enterprise clients. ● Cross‑Functional Connector: Bring together engineering, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure every effort aligns with our technical vision and revenue goals. ● Trusted Ambassador: Represent Xpoint in board meetings, investor conversations, and client negotiations with poise and credibility. Your Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution● Strategic Project Leadership:
Translate big ideas into clear plans, rally diverse teams, and track progress to deliver on critical company priorities. ● Operational Rigor: Build scalable processes, dashboards, and meeting rhythms to keep the executive office—and the organization—aligned and agile. Sales & Marketing● Go‑to‑Market Excellence: Work closely with our CEO to help acquire new clients, build scalable sales & marketing systems/team. ● Stakeholder Engagement: Craft investor updates, pitch decks, and client presentations that showcase our technology and business impact. What You Bring: ● Outcome-Driven: Achieving your goals and helping the team achieve its goals are your non-negotiable primary objectives.
You will do whatever it takes to accomplish the task. ● Software Engineering Experience: You’ve done some software development and know enough to understand how modern SaaS systems work broadly. And, you are not afraid to “get into it” and dive into technical subjects and relentlessly keep going until you find the ground truth. ● Consulting or Corporate Experience: Background from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or comparable environment, where you led high-stakes projects and collaborated with senior leaders that position you to interact with our clients, regulators, investors, and industry leaders. ● Passion for Growth:
