Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Head of Sales to join our Yango Motors team. In line with our company's values of "go global" and "grow together," you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market presence on a global scale, fostering a collaborative environment that drives our collective success. Yango Motors - a multi-brand car dealership offering popular models from various manufacturers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business strategies and objectives. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate complex sales deals. Build strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to provide customer financing solutions, with insurance companies to enhance value-added offerings, and with telematics providers to support advanced fleet management services. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales decisions and strategy development. Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving aggressive targets. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales negotiations and close large deals.

In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
