We are looking for candidates available for a one-year internship starting in February / March 2026.Your ResponsibilitiesYou ensure the product quality for series partsYou support manufacturing and assembly process by conducting fault analysis and implementing corrective measures (8D, QRQC, SHAININ)You organize and implement Conformity of Production tests You support customer service for customer claim management (0 Km)You contribute to statistical assessments related to complaints, assembly and test bench First Pass Yield You support the change management process, including Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Notices You take part in task forces addressing specific production issuesYou assist in the preparation of internal and external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100)You develop, implement and monitor process and product auditsYou support the process FMEA and participate in Material Review Board meetings for deviations management You contribute to the preparation of monthly KPI reports and proactively support the continuous improvement of Liebherr Machines Bulle product qualityYour profileYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or similar qualificationsYou ideally have specific training in the field of quality (i.e. 8D, VDA6.3, QRQC, Six-Sigma, SHAINING, EN9100 auditor, etc…)You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of industrial or automotive manufacturing quality managementYou have a good command of English, German and FrenchYou are proficient in tools such as QS-STAT (or similar) and CAQ CASQ-it and you are familiar with CAD / Pro EngineerYou are an effective communicator with strong moderation skills and a structured working methodYou are consistent and persevering and can organize your work independently while demonstrating a practical, hands-on approach to your workOur offerYou will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of work and gain varied and exciting experience within an international family business.
