As a Data Analyst/BI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Your mission is to delve deep into the analysis of company indicators, unraveling the stories the data tells to empower business decisions, optimize processes, and drive product innovation. You will:
Analyze company indicators to provide actionable business insights and product improvement recommendationsDevelop and own business intelligence solutions, including BI/data visualisation tools, dashboards, and reports to meet business needsCollaborate with stakeholders as a data business partner, understanding and defining business requirements for data assetsDevelop and maintain the semantics layers of the data analytics platform through effective data modelling and data orchestrationEnsure data quality and integrity by establishing and enforcing data governance standardsCreate and manage documentation, including technical specifications, data catalog, and other related documents for BI processes, systems, and proceduresRequirementsFluency in SQL is a must (CTE, Window functions)Hands-on experience with BI tools, Dashboards, and Data Visualizations (Power BI, Metabase or similar tools)Proven track record of end-to-end implementation of data analysis projects, from gathering requirements and data processing to effectively presenting insights to stakeholdersProficient in data modeling, building high quality datasets and productsNice to haveProficiency in Data Modelling, building high quality datasets and productsExperience in PythonExperience with DBT, Airflow, Dagster or similar toolsExperience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Spark)Background in online trading or related financial sectorsBenefitsState-of-the-art technologies (Power BI, Metabase, BigQuery, Dagster, DBT, Datahub, Spark, Python, SQL)A collaborative and friendly team of professionalsHigh engineering standards (with a focus on change management and data quality)Flexible schedule and remote friendliness
