该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.协助项目主管开展项目各阶段的研发工作 2.按照上级要求快速进行实验 3.及时准确充分的进行实验记录并进行分析汇报 任职要求： 1.有机合成、化学、制药工程等相关专业博士学历； 2.熟悉各种常见的合成反应类型，具有一定的合成实验经验； 3.具备一定的英文水平，能够进行文献资料检索、分析和整理； 4.踏实勤勉，具有一定自驱力、抗压能力、执行力、问题分析和解决能力；思维活跃，动手能力强。
