Quaker Houghton is a global publicly traded company with a unique collaborative culture that supports career growth for its colleagues and offers competitive compensation and benefit programs.As Senior Talent Partner you will design, develop and implement the global talent programs and processes aligned to the HR and enterprise strategy with a focus on Talent Development needs in the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with HR and business leaders in an international and collaborative environment. An exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Talent & Development at Quaker Houghton. Conduct needs assessments and act as an internal consultant with HR and business leaders to identify ongoing learning, development, and career planning needs within assigned region, aligned to organizational talent review and strategic workforce plans.Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs for employees and leaders, including tailored business-specific solutions as needed.Facilitate in-person and virtual learning events in English and Mandarin.Support the design and implementation of core talent management processes and tools, including talent assessment and planning, performance management, development planning, and change management.Partner with the talent team, HR, and business functions to activate talent programs locally and drive continuous improvement of existing processes and services.Design leadership development programs, high potential tracks and other learning experiences ensuring cultural adaptability, coaching and mentoring capabilities.Provide consultation and thought leadership on topics such as performance enablement, leadership development, career and succession planning, and learning investment.Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of localized talent and learning solutions.Develop and track metrics to measure program effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.Manage end-to end delivery of talent initiatives and continuously seek ways to improve processes.What are we looking for ? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, HR Training and Development, Human Resources, or related education. Professional certifications in leadership development, assessments or programs a plusExperience: 5+ years experience in learning and organization development. Proven knowledge in facilitating in-person and virtual training within a global, matrixed business environment.HCM working experience is a plus. WORKDAY highly valued. Soft skills: Demonstrated expertise in adult learning and leadership development, with experience designing and facilitating impactful learning solutions in virtual and in-person settings.Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to assess needs, influence stakeholders, and align talent strategies with business priorities across diverse cultures.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and deliver clear, engaging presentations to diverse audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving continuous improvement and impactful, business-focused solutions.Proficiency in leveraging data, learning systems, and Microsoft Office tools to analyze trends, interpret metrics, and enhance the effectiveness of talent initiatives.Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.What do we offer?
