Job Description

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders in China and Hong Kong, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals and supporting business growth. Stationed in Shenzhen, you will deliver end-to-end HR services and serve as a bridge between management and employees to ensure high standards of people management and compliance across both regions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to drive and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in China and Hong Kong.Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives to support operational needs.Advise on employee relations matters, performance management, organizational changes, and engagement activities.Ensure HR policies and practices comply with evolving labor regulations and company standards in both regions.Analyze HR data and metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in employee performance and retention.Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration, working closely with local HR teams. Serve as a point of contact for HR matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.Support change management efforts and organizational integration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational organizations.Familiarity with employment legislation in mainland China and Hong Kong.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, with Cantonese an advantage
