Job Description

The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated marketing intern to join our APAC marketing team, and work on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.

The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks. The candidate should be open to travel (domestic and international), and may have to occasionally accommodate collaboration in global time zones.

ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for the ManageEngine website, continuously improving it based on data insightsLocalise global content to fit regional contexts, including repurposing existing materials, translating English content into Thai, and reviewing translated contentDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, analyzing performance metrics for optimizationResearch industry trends and develop region-specific, persuasive long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, industry stories, ebooks, white papers, and website contentMeasure content performance, analyze key metrics, and implement process improvements for better engagement and reachRequirementsBachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Literature, Mass Communication, Technical Writing, or a related field of studiesStrong writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skillsBilingual proficiency in English and Thai for content creation, translation, and collaborationAbility to develop strategic and audience-relevant contentCapable of producing high-quality content under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTech-savvy with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, simple, and engaging languageUp to 2 years of content writing experience in digital media, IT, or high-tech industries is a plusA strong combination of copywriting, technical writing, marketing, and public speaking skills is an advantageAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsNote:

Candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 months of internship with the company. 6 months internship highly preferred. Please note that the company does not sponsor work passes or visas for this position.
