Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025):Mandatory:Graduate from a Government recognized University or Institution.Preferred:MBA (Banking / Finance / Marketing) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or Institution.Professional certifications such as CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM Investment Advisor / NISM 21-A.Post-Qualification Experience (as on 01.05.2025):Mandatory:Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Management within Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).Out of this, at least 5 years in leading large teams of Relationship Managers and Team Leaders, preferably in Wealth Management or AMC environments.Key Responsibilities:Zonal Business Leadership: Manage the Wealth Management sales operations for the assigned zone in line with business objectives.Revenue & Growth: Drive TRV and AUM growth through client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and effective relationship management.Team Management: Lead and mentor Relationship Manager (RM) teams and Team Leads to achieve sales and service targets.Client Acquisition & Retention: Acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNI) and Affluent clients, ensuring superior service standards.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to all internal systems, policies, and regulatory guidelines.Ensure 100% transaction documentation and same-day execution of client instructions.Customer Engagement: Conduct investment seminars, client meets, and awareness campaigns to enhance customer engagement and financial literacy.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure prompt service delivery and proactive relationship management to maintain high client satisfaction levels.Other Responsibilities: Undertake any additional assignments as entrusted by the Bank from time to time.Core Competencies:Strategic Sales LeadershipTeam Development and Performance ManagementWealth Management Product KnowledgeClient Relationship & Portfolio ManagementCompliance Orientation and Process DisciplineStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
