Job Title: Associate Director – Sales Hunter (Enterprise PSU)Location: NCR, 5 days WFOExperience: 10+ yearsWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter to lead enterprise sales within the Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) segment. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex procurement processes, and driving large-scale IT solution deals. If you have a proven track record of closing high-value PSU opportunities and influencing senior decision-makers, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales efforts in the focused PSU (Central/State Government)Build and nurture relationships with senior bureaucrats, officials, and decision-makers to influence and drive sales.Develop a thorough understanding of tenders, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.Build and manage relationships with key OEMs and partners to develop joint strategies for winning business.Provide strategic input and insight into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, bids, and other documentation necessary for projects.Skills & ExperienceProven experience of closing large business opportunities in PSU during the last 3 financial years.At least 10-12 years of overall sales experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically in PSU sales.Must have worked in a System Integration company, with deep familiarity in selling IT solutions to PSU.Strong knowledge of business processes, including familiarity with tenders, procurement policies, and contract management.Proven relationships with senior officials and key OEMs.Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage complex deals, excellent relationship management, and strategic thinking.Should be able to drive conversation with consulting and advisory bodies to identify new opportunities and drive them to closure.Education QualificationsEngineering graduate + MBA (preferred).
