Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified and proactive Assistant Resident Engineer (Civils) to support the supervision of infrastructure and civil works, including roads, stormwater, sewerage, and associated utilities.

The ARE will assist in ensuring that works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising civil infrastructure works on site. Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications. Participate in the review of method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals. Conduct site inspections and report any quality, safety, or progress issues. Coordinate with utility providers and assist in managing NOC-related tasks. Maintain daily records, progress reports, and assist with site instructions or NCRs. Support QA/QC teams in witnessing tests and verifying as-built information.

Promote adherence to safety regulations and site HSE plans. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline. 12 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in infrastructure projects with a minimum of 3 years in Abu Dhabi. Experience with road construction, grading, stormwater drainage, and utilities. Knowledge of local authority standards and procedures (e. g. , ADM, ADSSC, ADDC).
