He then continued, “Para sa kanilang kaligtasan at sa kaligtasan din ng general public, we need to educate them. And who is the best educator? No less than a lawyer, no less than the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.” PNP Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management chief P/Brig. Gen. Matthew Bacay said the program would be rolled out across all 19 Police Regional Offices (PROs) nationwide.
