Job Description – 360 Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: Minimum 3 years in recruitment (ME)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing the entire recruitment process — from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, placement, and ongoing account management.You will be responsible for building your own desk, bringing in new clients, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client AcquisitionProactively identify, engage, and convert new clients across multiple sectors.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and market intelligence.Negotiate commercial terms and agreements in line with company policy.Recruitment DeliveryManage the full 360 recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media) to attract top talent.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Account ManagementAct as a trusted recruitment partner for clients, understanding their business needs and workforce planning.Deliver consistent follow-up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide timely reporting on performance and pipeline.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Dubai (agency experience preferred).Proven track record of bringing in own clients and generating revenue.Strong network and knowledge of the UAE job market and labor laws.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and hit targets in a competitive environment.Experience using ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structure.Opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio.Dynamic and supportive team environment.Career growth opportunities with a fast-growing recruitment agency.
