Enhanced Music is looking for an experienced A&R to join the team full-time, working across our 5 label brands. Founded in 2008, London based Enhanced Music is an independent label & publisher group, predominantly working across dance and electronic genres, achieving billions of streams, millions of downloads and multiple Gold and Platinum selling releases. Enhanced also has a standalone publishing division, and has seen sustained growth and global success across its business, and is highly regarded within the industry today. In late 2024, Enhanced partnered with Create Music Group and unveiled new studios at their London HQ, comprising three recording studios and a separate live space for radio show production and DJ performances. Enhanced are now looking for a highly motivated and well-connected A&R to help continue this growth through strategic signings and outstanding service to their roster. Enhanced are dedicated to discovering and nurturing incredible talent and the successful candidate will share this passion.  Role Specifics: Identify and sign Artists that drive streaming and brand growth across our labels: Enhanced Recordings, Enhanced Progressive, Colorize, Enhanced Chill & Shapes of Solitude.Build, nurture and sustain excellent relationships with both the Artists already on the roster, and those targeted for signing.Provide detailed, thoughtful and creative A&R feedback to Artists to help their music reach its maximum potential. You are responsible for upholding the impeccable standard of music with which our labels have become synonymous.Arrange sessions, camps, collaborations and features for our Artists.Negotiate headline terms with Artists and their teams to ensure that all deals are fair, transparent and mutually advantageous for all parties. Contribute significantly to our weekly A&R meetings, providing updates on prospects, signings, negotiations and more to the CEO and General Manager.Work closely with Artists and their teams to ensure that delivery deadlines are strictly adhered to so that, in turn, internal delivery, distribution and pitching deadlines can also be met.Work closely with our Marketing team and Label Co-ordinator to strategise optimal release dates across our priority projects, ensuring maximum impact in conjunction with wider touring and marketing activations. Be available when required for sessions in the studios at Enhanced HQ. Ensuring writers and artists have everything they need while serving as a primary point of contact for queries and technical support.Ensure consistent quality control checks are carried out on deliverables (premasters / masters, stems etc.), and that administrative tasks such as filing and logging via Monday and Dropbox are regularly completed and maintained.Skills Required: Minimum of 2 years A&R experience.Deep-rooted passion for Dance & Electronic Music with excellent knowledge & awareness of Enhanced Music’s existing roster and the specific niches in which we operate.Already immersed in the Dance music industry with a strong, existing network of artists, managers, producers, vocalists, A&R’s, labels and publisher contacts globally.An excellent “ear” with a strong understanding of music production.
