Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The key purpose of the role is to manage and coordinate the Brewing department activities with overall responsibility for people, plant, process, product, quality and management systems in order to deliver compliance to the AB InBev and global brewing standards in the most efficient, effective, safe and reliable manner. Through the various VPO practices across all the VPO pillars, the Brewing Manager is expected to lead the Brewing team efficiently, continuously striving to reach Excellent VPO status within their departments.
The Brewing Manager, through the team, is also expected to ensure the correct governance practices related to Production, Financial Control, Quality Assurance and Project Management is carried out through the relevant VPO principles and practices. Key roles and responsibilities:

Ensure deep understanding of VPO standardsEnsure deep understanding of all operational work interfaces e. g. MES, eQMS, PTS, Acadia, SiggaMinimum Requirements: BSc Degree or equivalent in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringCompleted TraineeshipChecked out brewerTraining: Completed brewing traineeship2 years' experience as Brewhouse, Cellars and Filtration manager - Total 4 years' experience as a production brewer or specialistAt least 4- 5 years production experience, of which 4 years’ operating at a management level within Brewing.
