Key Roles and Responsibilities: Running of production machinesExecute cleaning of plantComplete all documentation. Control inputs usageEnsure Machine is in working order. Maintain safe and healthy work environment. Measure performance attributesRecord performance attributesMonitor and evaluate trends. Assure quality of inputsInitiate corrective action. Prepare for maintenance tasks. Conduct autonomous maintenance tasks. Conduct breakdown maintenance tasks.

Reduction in time to detect and time to correct defects. Completed 5 Whys Job cards.
