Job SummaryTo provide specialist advice and support in business enablement and creation of information to inform decision making, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures SOPs. The Primary responsibility of the job is to:

To facilitate, coordinate and support customer primacy by ensuring ATM uptime of no less than 95% across the network To monitor country cash level and limits and monitor ATM uptime Deputise for the ATM Team Leader Take up additional duties including any other duties that may be provided by the line Manager Reconcile and resolve cash send and NFS queries Monitor and ensure all service are working on the ATMs Management of external vendor and processing of paymentsJob DescriptionBusiness Management: To provide specialist advice and support in assisting to manage and deliver on projects | Meeting deadlines:

Conduct snap checks and /or assist colleagues engaged in snap checks.

Manage SLA between the Bank and other 3rd party vendorsDevelop and implement best practice procedures that ensure the attainment of absa ATM uptime target on a 5-week rolling average of 95%Risk Management 15%Ensure that cash environment and assets are securedEnsure that all relevant regulatory requirements are metRemediate audit findings and risk eventsAttend various meetingsEnsure ATM sites are secured as per stipulated standardsEnsure that all revenue is collectedMaintain effective managements informationTCF Embedding 5%Ensure TCF principles are adhered to by the Team at all timesRisk & ControlEnsure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, absa Operational Risk Framework and internal absa Policies and StandardsEducationFurther Education and Training Certificate (FETC):
