The role will be accountable for leading a team towards strong business performance and exceptional creative work across a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead your own client portfolio and play a key role in the successful delivery of large campaigns, including full day-to-day commercial responsibilities and strategic direction setting. The development focus will be on giving you greater exposure to the overall business strategy and supporting you in integrating complex business offerings that may span multiple service lines, teams and geographies. The role will be closely linked to regional business performance and growth as you work closely with our regional leadership team and look to develop your skillset across the broader business. Key Responsibilities The senior agency stakeholder and point of escalation for day-to-day client needs. Support team members in effectively managing client needs in line with strategic priorities. Brand guardian to your client, identifying new ways to maximise brand impact. Identify and convert organic client growth opportunities and able to build proposal materials. Lead client planning and feedback sessions. Able to clearly articulate Tag’s full capability offering and make recommendations. Strong financial awareness at a project and client partnership level, making recommendations to regional leadership teams. Building client growth and campaign delivery plans across a portfolio. Successfully lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional client results. Maintain and coach others on best practices processes across every brief. Effective delivery of feedback and development of people growth plans. Strategic priority setting across key client accounts. Ownership of client commercial success, with an ability to escalate and solve challenges. Team leadership and building a high-performance culture across the business. Creative problem-solving to lead teams that span multiple service lines and geographies. Confidently lead performance reporting to regional leadership. Nurturing future leaders within Tag through mentoring.
