We’re seeking an individual who thrives in competitive settings, excels at understanding complex products and industries, and is skilled at communicating effectively with diverse teams and clients.As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams to onboard clients, influencing our product roadmap, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you’re eager to make an impact, join us and contribute to shaping the future of lifelong hormonal health benefits.Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targetsBe a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties, enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain points and buying needsBecome an expert on Carrot's product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos and presentations to prospective customersAct as a partner to Carrot’s product team and the voice of the market to help inform product prioritiesLearn Carrot’s unique value proposition and convincingly communicate Carrot’s strengthsCollaborate well with team members and forecast accuratelyHit and exceed annual revenue targetsMinimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience selling into mid to large enterprises in the employer health benefits spaceA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistentlyExperience working with consulting firms that support employers' evaluations of new benefitsOutstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skillsExperience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Fluency in navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and complianceIdeally, passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all Compensation: Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package.
