You'll play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across the country. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team to create opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline and help our technology create more impact.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about building something big, taking charge, and growing in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Management: Engage with inbound leads from multiple sources, including websites and emails.Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers using insights, cold outreach, and data-driven approaches to optimize lead generation and refine outreach strategies.Pipeline Development: Manage and nurture a pipeline of early-stage prospects, guiding them through the buyer journey toward closing.Customer Discovery: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored value propositions.Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on leads and campaign performance.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide regular reports on outreach activity and pipeline.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better support customer needs.What You’ll BringMinimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably in healthcare, med tech, or SaaS.Comfortable conducting various outreach campaigns in a professional manner.Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experienced with CRMs and tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially regarding order fulfillment and product quality.Motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup environment and excited about building impactful technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.Great to haveAbility to speak both English and French to communicate with diverse clinician populations.Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 13485, FDA QSR, or prior exposure in a regulated environment.Why you should join us:Competitive base salary and health & dental benefits.Be part of a passionate, collaborative team building innovative solutions that truly make a difference.Opportunity to shape processes, take ownership, and grow as we scale internationally.A high-growth startup environment where your contributions directly influence the company’s success.Opportunity to grow through sponsored conferences and educational events.
