Powered by AI, data, and creative ingenuity, we deliver integrated campaigns that engage customers at every touchpoint—from global audiences to individual store locations.Position SummaryIn this role, you will support the execution and success of digital advertising programs by contributing to social and digital strategy development, and web and application projects. You’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts across media, development, SEO, local SEO, analytics, and strategy teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Your responsibilities will include both internal collaboration and external client engagement through thought leadership. You will help manage deliverables, communicate project progress, and contribute to the creation of high-quality, client-facing materials. By leveraging internal resources and working collaboratively across departments, you’ll help deliver impactful results that align with client objectives and uphold DAC’s standards of excellence, integrity, and service.What You’ll DoAccount ManagementDevelop a firm understanding of the client’s industry, marketing strategy and goalsWork with the Account Leads to identify opportunities to grow existing client relationshipsManage internal aspects of a project implementation including preparation of client engagement briefings and proposals, tracking client data, QA validation, and reporting of internal and external client activities and communicationsEnsure project requirements are documentedDevelop internal relationships with all internal teams to ensure collaboration that delivers on set client objectives and goalsMonitor established program KPIs and ensures that the program performance meets the agreed upon client KPIs and business objectivesClient Relationship Management and CommunicationDevelop productive business relationships and alliances with Clients to manage day to day program related inquiries and deliverablesProvide ongoing support to the account team that will enhance their relationships with their day-to-day contactsDeliver effective and efficient documentation, communication and dissemination of information regarding client activities and client administrative proceduresWork with clients to complete a specific project brief and coordinate client approvalsBudget and FinancialsAssist Account Leads in the development of annual account plans that meet revenue growth and profit margin targets for assigned clientsKnowledge and Industry RelationsDemonstrates in depth knowledge of DAC’s product offerings, including web and digital development, media, SEO, local SEO, and analyticsRemain knowledgeable about on-going program activitiesDAC will provide support through proper industry and platform training as neededWhat You BringCollege / University graduate, with a diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field1-3 years of related digital experienceStrong attention to detail and desire for accuracyGood analytical skills, with the ability to see all the pieces and how each piece fits together to create the entire programConfidence to lead internal teams and client relationshipsA tenacious, positive person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can easily manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with members of various internal teams (including Operations, development and account teams) as well as clients and prospectsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCompetency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with social media platformsFamiliarity (certification preferred) with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other digital ad and analytics platformsWhat You’ll GetProfessional Growth: Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tools in the performance marketing industry.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a global organization that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.Competitive Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefitsGenerous PTO, wellness initiatives and parental leaveRetirement saving plansOpportunities for continued learning and professional developmentA supportive, collaborative, and casual work environmentHow We WorkThis role requires three days in-office per week.
