Through leading-edge optical technologies, PENTAX Medical is providing the most advanced clinically relevant endo-imaging solutions.About the Role:The ideal candidate will report to the Finance Director, who oversees the consolidation package for Singapore, Australia, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and contributing to financial planning and reporting activities.Main Responsibilities:Manage full sets of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory to support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and managing the AR & AP function, working independently to ensure compliance with internal controls, workflow processes and statutory requirements (eg ensure tax compliance for GST and withholding tax)Oversee the month-end close process including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation, constantly recommend and implementing procedures to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance simplicity.Prepare timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the Group - including JSOX report and other management reports.Assist in audit / tax reporting to meet statutory compliance reporting requirementsParticipate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by Line Manager.Top Three Main Qualifications Which Candidates Must Have:Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.3–5 years of relevant experience in audit or within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX), along with advanced Excel skills.
