If you are passionate about luxury retail and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.In this role, you will support the daily operations of the store and play a key role in achieving sales targets, while creating a memorable shopping experience for our clientele.Responsibilities Manage the daily store operationsDrive sales target through effective selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledgeProvide excellent customer services and build long term client relationships with clientsProfessionally handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptlyEnsure merchandise displays are visually appealing and comply with corporate visual standardsParticipate in stock control and inventory managementAssist with the preparation of sales and retail reportsPerform other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements Responsibilities:Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail industryPleasant, self-motivated, good team player and service-orientedAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient in computer literacyFluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantageWilling to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays We offer attractive remuneration package, on-the-job training and career advancement opportunity to the right candidate.
