Job Description

Our client in the FX space is seeking for a Customer Success Manager in SG.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.Identify cross-sell opportunities and relay them to sales.Coordinate client meetings and training sessions.Build trust with key stakeholders and executives.Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.Update stakeholders on project progress and client usage.Monitor account performance and usage metrics.Support client requests and uphold high service standards.Assist in onboarding new clients and nurturing existing accounts.RequirementsExperience in client/account management within brokerage, fintech, or related fields.Strong communication and presentation skills, including with C-level execs.Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.Comfortable with onsite client engagement.Solid verbal/written communication skills.Strong knowledge of eFX (multi-asset a plus).Self-driven, goal-oriented, and relationship-focused.Able to prioritize, think critically, and solve problems.Always seeking improvement and growth.
