About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join our Marni team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exception customer service and driving sales in our fashionable retail store location in Singapore.What you'll be doingAchieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's luxury standards.Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments.Manage post-sale follow-up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing.Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.What we're looking forAt least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in luxury retail fashion brandA positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with client and keen to build long term relationship with clients.Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the Marni brandA keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation.Proficiency in English and MandarinImmediately available is preferred.Location: MBSWe offer competitive salary package including base salary and commission plus the following benefits:8 days off per monthPublic HolidaysYear-end BonusAttendance BonusTravel AllowanceMedical InsuranceStaff Purchase DiscountCareer Development in Luxury RetailInterested parties please click "Apply Now" to send your resume with current & expected salary to us.Information provided will be treated in strict confidence and only be used for recruitment purpose.
