Our sales team in the region is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Account Executive to serve as a Regional Lead. In this role, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative companies in Central and Eastern Europe, helping them scale their high-throughput, low-latency environments and accelerate growth with Aerospike’s real-time data platformThis is your chance toServe as a regional lead, driving high-impact sales strategies and building Aerospike’s presence across Central and Eastern EuropeWork with top-tier customers—the sharpest minds and most forward-thinking companies in the regionsBe part of an amazing, success-driven team that consistently exceeds expectationLead full-cycle sales efforts, including territory development, prospect qualification, and closing big opportunitiesAccelerate your personal and professional growth with exposure to industry leaders and cutting-edge technologieBuild a long-term career in a global company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer successWe’re looking for someone whoIs talented, passionate, and a people person with a true “can-do” attitude—because for us, it’s all about peopleThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at building long-term relationshipsHas experience with consultative selling and can demonstrate customer value with confidenceBrings prior experience selling database or enterprise solutions and understands technology fundamentalsCommunicates fluently in English; proficiency in German or another Eastern European language is highly desirableResponsibilitiesSource, develop, and close new business opportunities to consistently exceed quarterly sales goalsAct as a regional lead, shaping and executing Aerospike’s go-to-market strategy in your territoryDevelop a deep understanding of Aerospike’s products, value proposition, and the competitive landscapeape.Proactively engage prospects, evangelize Aerospike’s solutions, and share success stories with Development and IT teamsDeliver compelling presentations that showcase industry insights, market trends, and customer case studiesManage prospects and pipeline rigorously using Salesforce (SFDC).Collaborate with colleagues across sales, product, and marketing to refine and execute go-to-market strategiesRepresent Aerospike at regional events, meetups, and industry gatherings to drive engagement and visibiltyMaintain the highest level of customer service throughout the sales cycleConsistently deliver renewals bookings and increase customer retention through regular business reviewsEducate customers on Aerospike’s full product and services portfolio while nurturing strong relationships with key contactsProvide timely and actionable insights to Sales Leadership, Product Management, and MarketingExperience & Qualifications:Required:5+ years in a quota-carrying field sales role, ideally with a database or enterprise solutions providerProven track record in closing complex enterprise transactions with multiple stakeholders and approval levelsStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional German or Eastern European language skills preferredDemonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExpertise in solution selling or consultative sales methodologiesFamiliarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message (CoM)Experience negotiating with senior management and C-level executives in both IT and business functionsSolid understanding of database fundamentals and enterprise technologyExcellent organizational, presentation, and time-management skillsPreferredRegional experience and familiarity with the Central or Eastern European tech marketSalesforce.com experience or equivalent CRM system expertiseAerospike is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
