Account Executive

The Role:As the Accounts Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us! What You’ll Do:Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping for one of the entities within the Group.Manage the full set of accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Prepare month-end closing reports and supporting schedules for balance sheet items.Handle daily treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.Assist the Finance Manager in audit preparation, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor records and internal requestor records, where applicable.Process and review staff expense claims and petty cash reimbursements.Participate in ad hoc projects and finance-related process improvement initiatives.Who You Are: At least 2 years of experience in accounting Attention to detail Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus! Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and opennessTeam player with ability to support other team-mates as and when requiredWorking Arrangement: Hybrid.
