The Sales Coordinator will work to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, coordinating with customers, and maintaining records. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients to provide excellent customer service, assisting the sales team in achieving targets, and ensuring efficient and effective coordination of sales processes.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Coordination, including order processing and administrative support for the sales team.Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively.Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with an understanding of managing sales workflows and supporting team goals.Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.A degree or diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage.Competency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP tools is beneficial.
