With a global team of 80+ people, ZIWO is the tech company where innovation meets impact.About The RoleWe are looking for a driven and strategic Account Management Team Lead to oversee ZIWO’s customer portfolio in Egypt and other regions. In this role, you will manage a team of Junior Account Managers, drive revenue growth through retention and upselling, oversee complex client escalations, and ensure exceptional account performance. You will also support the Head of Account Management in executing regional and global strategies to enhance client engagement and deliver outstanding service.What You’ll Be DoingOwn, manage, and grow a portfolio of accounts across Egypt and additional assigned regionsLead, coach, and mentor a team of Junior Account Managers handling small global accountsDevelop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to increase revenueConduct coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and provide ongoing performance feedbackMonitor account health, usage patterns, and collaborate with the Revenue Growth Analyst for insightsAct as the escalation point for high-risk or complex client issuesEnsure team KPIs are achieved across retention, engagement, adoption, and revenue targetsWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on client growth and satisfactionWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing rolesMinimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleProven track record in revenue growth, retention, and cross/upsellingExperience managing enterprise-level accounts is highly preferredProficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong analytical skills to interpret account health, data trends, and revenue insightsUnderstanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or contact center solutionsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong follow-up discipline, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage pressure, handle escalations, and drive team performanceEnglish is mandatory; French is a significant advantageWhy Join ZIWOCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefitsOpportunity to lead and grow a high-performing account management teamBe part of a fast-paced, innovative SaaS company reshaping customer communication in the MENA regionCross-functional exposure working closely with Sales, CS, and Product teamsClear leadership career pathway and continuous learning opportunitiesSalaries paid in USDZIWO is an equal opportunity employer.
