You will also support the acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing management of U.S. sales brokers, always ensuring alignment with Vitruvi’s brand standards and revenue goals. This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on account management with relationship management and business strategy. You are data-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast- paced, high-growth environment where you can make a measurable impact. This role is remote.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your sales pipeline activity levels to ensure maximum growth against forecasted targets.Manage and grow your own boutique and specialty account list, maintaining exceptionalrelationships and identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and category growth.Grow Vitruvi’s presence within the premium gifting/boutique channels.Sales Broker Network: Support the acquisition, onboarding, and management of U.S.sales brokers, ensuring they are trained, supported, and delivering against sales goals and brand expectations.CRM & Pipeline Management: Support the use of CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track key performance metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align go-to-market plans, support customer programs, and deliver best-in-class service.Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the consumer packaged goods, beauty, or wellness industries.Proven success managing and growing specialty retail accounts.Experience forecasting sales performance.Experience managing or collaborating with sales brokers or external representatives.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Notion) and data-driven decision-making.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.PerksFull extended benefitsSalary and bonus compensation packageThe ability to work remotelyIf you are interested in this position, please apply directly on this posting or send your resume and cover letter to careers@vitruvi.com, and include the job title in your subject line
