Account Manager – Energy & Industrial SolutionsBreJa Partners, a recruitment firm specialized in executive search and talent advisory, is supporting a leading global industrial group in the search for an Account Manager to join their Front-End Sales team in Holland (Rotterdam). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors.Your MissionAs part of a 6-person Front-End Sales team in the Benelux region, you will:Act as the main contact for industrial clients, utilities, and manufacturers, identifying technical needs and proposing tailored service solutions.Support customers with expertise in high-voltage equipment (transformers, switchgear, etc.).Coordinate cost estimates, prepare proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.Manage long-term service contracts and oversee order intake with production or service units.Develop new business opportunities with a proactive, hunter mindset.Collaborate with Account Managers across Benelux and contribute to international sales coordination.You will report directly to the Benelux Sales Manager and be based in Rotterdam, with some flexibility for hybrid work.Your Profile – Ideally 3 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, ideally in the energy or industrial sector.Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.Proven track record in long-term contract management.Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving new business opportunities.Exposure to sectors such as:Electrical EnergyPower SystemsAdvanced Process Control (APC)Energy StorageData CentersPrevious experience in multinational industrial or tech environments.Performance-driven, team-oriented, and highly motivated.Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.Proficient with digital tools and CRM systems.A Note from UsWe know that very few candidates match 100% of the criteria in a job description.
