📍 North-West Sydney🛍️ Manage key accounts and spot new opportunities🏷️ Retail Apparel SectorDue to strong growth in the Sydney market, a well-established supplier of labelling and ticketing products to major apparel retailers is seeking an Account Manager / Business Development professional to nurture key customers and contribute to further market expansion.The RoleThis position blends predominantly account management and some new business development. You will:Manage a portfolio of major apparel retail customers, strengthening and maintaining strong and reliable relationships with head offices based in Sydney and NSW.Identify and pursue new opportunities with apparel and related retailers in the NSW market.Represent a range of products including garment labels, hangtags, swing tickets and other printed items used widely in clothing and fashion retail.Work closely with internal customer service and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Maintain clear visibility of your pipeline, activity and forecasts through the company’s CRM and reporting tools.Provide internal stakeholders with insights on customer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the apparel market.The role is based in north-west Sydney, with a mix of office work and client visits throughout Sydney.
