Chief Executive Officer

Stride Mental Health, Australia’s longest serving national mental health organisation, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead us on the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader with high EQ able to further build and strengthen our team and empower our staff to realise their potential. With an unwavering focus on quality service delivery and achieving positive consumer outcomes, this role will effectively balance the financial sustainability of the organisation with our desire to innovate and be a market leader.Based in Sydney but supported by flexible working arrangements, this role will suit a high achiever with demonstrated experience in leading not for profit organisations. Your understanding of the human services and mental health sectors and your strong networks within government, the not for profit sector and philanthropy will add tangible value to our organisation and the wider sector.      Our new CEO will work collaboratively with our skills based Board to set the strategic direction for the organisation and deliver on the agreed objectives. You will also have a proven track record in managing complex and geographically diverse organisations, working in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
