As we continue to scale our footprint in Dubai, we’re looking for a talented Account Manager to drive multi-channel performance across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social — and help shape growth in one of the fastest-moving digital markets in the world.This is an exciting, client-facing role where strategy, insight, and creativity meet. You’ll lead high-growth accounts, influence digital strategy across regions, and partner with senior decision-makers to deliver measurable, meaningful results.RequirementsWhat You’ll DoLead client relationships with confidence. Become the go-to strategic partner for clients across Dubai and our wider portfolio. Drive performance across channels. Shape and execute integrated strategies spanning SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social — all focused on leads, revenue, and ROI. Turn data into direction. Use GA4, Looker Studio, and performance analytics to build clear, compelling stories that guide client decisions. Support and inspire teams. Collaborate closely with our SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics specialists to bring out their best work. Experiment and innovate. Test emerging platforms, AI-driven tools, and new ad tech to keep clients ahead of the curve. Grow accounts and uncover opportunities. Identify ways to expand current relationships and support new business wins. Travel when needed. Able to travel internationally 4–5 times a year. What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in performance marketing within an agency environment. Proven track record managing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. Strong understanding of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. Confidence in data-driven decision making, forecasting, and performance reporting. Commercially minded — comfortable managing budgets and driving ROI. Excellent communication and presentation skills — strong in both conversations and boardrooms. A natural leader who can build trust, energise teams, and help accelerate our growth in the Dubai market.
