In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with our customers, drive solution adoption, and grow revenue across multiple pillars for our Small, Medium and Corporate clients.What You'll DoAs a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer success and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Fusion5's offerings with their strategic objectives to deliver meaningful business impact.Developing and managing account plans, renewals, and upsell opportunities to drive growth and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior management.Driving cross-sell initiatives, promoting Fusion5's full solution suite, and helping customers unlock the power of AI.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding outcomes.Championing Fusion5's success through case studies and referrals.About YouYou're a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a customer champion. Ideally, you'll have:3+ years' experience in account management, service delivery, or sales-based roles, preferably within B2B technology or professional services.Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve favourable commercial outcomes.Solid understanding of the business technology landscape and a strong professional network.Excellent commercial acumen, along with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Tertiary qualification (preferred).What's in it for you?
