The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Duties include managing client accounts, delivering clear and engaging communications, collaborating with internal teams to execute projects, monitoring account performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide both strategic and operational support to clients.The candidate must be Saudi national. QualificationsRelationship-building and Client Management skills to foster strong partnerships with clients.Project Management, Organizational, and Multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts and manage deadlines effectively.Strategic Planning and Analytical skills for evaluating account performance and identifying growth opportunities.Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and clarify requirements effectively.Proficiency in using digital communication and project management tools.Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
