Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive an Accounts Manager with strong commercial insight and a solid understanding of Trading in food and agricultural commodities, or SME banking to join Maalexi in Dubai (UAE). In this role, you’ll build and manage client relationships, drive business growth, and use data-driven insights to help small businesses make smarter trade and finance decisions. The candidate needs to be in based in Dubai with local UAE experience of at-least 2-3 years.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities using financial and market intelligence.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored trade and finance solutions.Present Maalexi’s platform value clearly and effectively to customers.Support the creation of customer-facing insights and reports that build trust and transparency.Requirements:5+ years’ experience in sales or relationship management, ideally in trading of food and agricultural commodities, or SME banking.Strong understanding of financial markets, trade dynamics, and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Self-motivated, data-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.UAE driving license (mandatory)
